Nova Luna Admissions Process

Step 1: Intake Screening

Once you reach out to us, a member of our admissions team will contact you to schedule a brief intake screening. This initial conversation is an opportunity for us to gather information about your situation, answer any questions you may have, and discuss the next steps in the admissions process.  We will also explore your insurance options and send over your initial paperwork to be completed.

We will work together to determine if our program is the right fit for your needs and provide you with the support and guidance you deserve.

Step 2: Clinical Assessment

After your initial contact, you'll be invited to schedule a 90-minute clinical assessment with one of our experienced clinicians. This comprehensive evaluation will provide us with valuable information about your eating disorder symptoms, family history, past traumas, and any other relevant medical or mental health conditions.

The goal of this assessment is to gain a deeper understanding of your unique needs and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific situation.

Step 3: Admission & Orientation

Upon admission to our program, you'll begin your treatment journey with weekly Individual therapy sessions and Nutrition counseling sessions. These sessions will provide you with the personalized support and guidance you need to address your eating disorder and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

During the first four weeks of your participation, you will attend & tour our available group therapy sessions. These groups offer a safe and supportive space to connect with others who are going through similar experiences and learn from one another.
